https://www.alphafire.com/about/funding/donate/

Would you like to help the Alpha Fire Company in its mission to ‘Protect the lives and property of the citizens we serve in a professional and competent manner’?
If you don’t have the time or desire to join and fight fires there’s another way to help.  Make a donation to the Alpha Fire Company.
The Alpha Fire Company is a 501 (c)(3) not for profit organization under IRS rules and regulations.  Donations to the Fire Company are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Donations to the Company are used to:
  • Cover comfort and convenience items that make life in the fire stations more interesting and attractive to the volunteers.  These include:
    • Computer systems and networking to allow members access to the Internet and particularly to allow our student members access to their educational resources.
    • Social events that bring the Life and Active Members of the Company and their families together several times a year to reinforce the idea that we truly are a family.
  • Furniture for the lounge areas of the stations to make the areas more comfortable and attractive for the members.
  • Purchases of tools and equipment that may not be part of the main COG or Relief Association budgets.

How to Have a Legal Raffle in Pennsylvania
Joseph Nicholson

https://www.theclassroom.com/how-to-have-a-legal-raffle-in-pennsylvania-12080329.html

Pennsylvania law allows raffles only for fundraising by nonprofit organizations for the purposes of charitable or public interests. The organization must have a permit if the raffle is to have an individual prize of more than $500 in value or total prizes in excess of $5,000 within a month. A majority of the voters in a municipality can vote not to issue any such permits.

...
Tip

Except for volunteer fire, ambulance and rescue organizations, who can have three raffle permits in a year, an eligible organization can only receive two raffle permits in a calendar year. Your organization can avoid needing a permit by staying under the prize value restrictions of $500 per prize and $5,000 per month.

Google Wallet (now Google Pay) is another excellent option to replace PayPal for your payments.  It doesn’t have an out of box integration available for any WordPress ecommerce platform.
Like many other Google tools and services, it does not charge any fees for sending or receiving money. This makes it a great option for freelancers who want to request client payments through Google Wallet.
